RenWeb


Horizon Christian Academy (JK through 12th) uses “RenWeb” as our School Management Software.

RenWeb streamlines all aspects of school data management including attendance, registration, homework (including missing assignment), grades, and discipline!

In order to enhance security measures for Parents, Staff and Faculty, RenWeb has implemented a new user name and password security authentication system.

Login Instructions:

  1. HCA must have your email address in RenWeb.
  2. Access the RenWeb login page:
    >> From the HCA website (www.horizonchristianacademy.org), click on the RenWeb icon at the bottom of the Home page.
    >> From www.RenWeb.com, select Parents Web Login from the Logins menu in the upper right corner.
  3. Enter the District Code “HCA-CA”, your User Name (initially set to your email) and your Password (passwords have not changed for previous users).
    >> For Students, click on the Student button.
    >> For Parents, the Parent button should be active (white) by default.
  4. Click Login.

First-time User Instructions (Students & Parents):

  1. Type the District Code “HCA-CA”.
  2. Click Create New ParentWeb Account.

  3.  Enter your Email address and click Create Account.
  4. An email will be sent to you with a link that is valid for only 30 minutes.
  5. **If you do not receive an email in your Inbox, check your Junk Mail folder.
  6. Open your email from RenWeb and click the Click to change password link.
  7. A web browser displays your Name and RenWeb ID.
  8. Type a User Name and Password, retype the Password in the Confirm, then Click Save Password.
  9. ** Best practice is to use your email for your User Name.  Password must be at least 6 characters with a combination of numbers and letters.

  10. A message displays at the top of the browser, “User Name/Password successfully updated.”

  11. You can now log into ParentsWeb using your new User Name and Password.

RenWeb Login Support & FAQ:

If you have forgotten your User Name and/or Password (Students & Parents):

  1. Type the District Code “HCA-CA”.
  2. Click Forgot Username/Password.

  3. Enter your Email address and click Reset Password.
  4. An email will be sent to you with a link that is valid for only 30 minutes.
  5. **If you do not receive an email in your Inbox, check your Junk Mail folder.
  6.  Open your email from RenWeb and click the Click to change password link.
  7. A web browser displays your Name and RenWeb ID.
